Effect on Player

Flips over all racers ahead of the user and causes them to drop their items.

Appearances[]

Dry Bones Kart: Super Circuit[]

The POW Question Block, as it appears in Dry Bones Kart: Super Circuit.

The POW Question Block is a new item in this game. They appear above the kart, make three warning crashes, and flip the player similar to that of a Red Shell, except they make him lose any items. It can be avoided if the player is in the air. Pressing the use items button gives the player a milder version of the effect and only spins him out.

Dry Bones Kart: Double Dash!![]

POW Question Blocks (called Question Blocks) appear as an item. They appear above the kart, make three warning crashes, and flip the player similar to that of a Red Shell, except they make him lose any items. Only Metal Mario and Lakitu can get this item.

Dry Bones Kart DS[]

The POW Question Block returns in this installment as well, serving the same purpose as its debut. Like in previous games, they appear above the kart, make three warning crashes, and flip the player similar to that of a Red Shell, except they make him lose any items. It can be obtained anywhere from 4th to 8th place. It is also slightly more common to pull (4th: 15% chance, 5th: 20% chance, 6th: 30% chance, 7th: 40% chance, and 8th: 50% chance).

Dry Bones Kart Wii[]

POW Block - Mario Kart Wii

The POW Question Block's replacement, as it appears in Dry Bones Kart Wii.

The POW Question Block was originally going to appear in this game, and its model still exists. It is replaced by the newer POW Block item. If the player hacks the game, both this item and the Spiny Bombshell will appear in this game, along with the other items (including the three new items).
